IT'S NOVEMBER. WAKE UP!

It's time to dust off the Halloween spider webs and hang the Christmas lights. It's not too early. If you don't act now, you'll be too late.

Here are 2 things you can do this week to make sure you aren't wasting your precious time:

1. THINK OF YOUR YOUNGER STUDENTS:

In South Florida, where we are based, kids are expected to be wide awake and ready to learn very early.  Here are the scheduled start times:

7:30AM - High School

8:00AM - Elementary School

9:30AM - Middle School

Your students need to be awake at 6:30AM. They need to be wide awake and ready to learn. They need to be on top of their game because their future depends on it.

What are you doing at 6:30AM? You're probably still asleep. Get your ass out bed and get to work. Go to the school and turn the lights on. Figure out what you can do that to make you worthy of your students coming to your school.

It's about building your business. Your students are at school learning about science and mathematics. You should be figuring out what you can do to help them learn even more when they come by after school. This isn't about signing new people up. This is about respecting your current students and keeping that relationship alive. There is no better marketing than word of mouth from happy clients.

2. DON'T SLEEP ON THE HOLIDAYS:

I know you all promoted the hell out of your school with Halloween Marketing, right? I imagine you'll all be signing up dozens of new students over the next couple months.  It just works.

It's time now to get ready for Christmas, Hannukah, New Years, etc. WE DON'T PROCRASTINATE. We come prepared to build our businesses.

This time of year is so perfect for you as a martial arts school owner.  People are wanting to get into shape, look their best, spend time with family and friends, set new goals and reach them.  You should be marketing your school harder than you do all year.
