FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1.  HOW DOES IT WORK?

It's simple!  Pick your product, fill in your school's information, within 24-48 hours you will receive a proof, once you approve we will ship it out to you!  You will receive a shipping e-mail with tracking information as soon as it goes out.

2.  HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All of our products are shipped via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS.  After you approve your order, we send them to print and they typically in the mail within 3-4 business days. 

3.  CAN I CUSTOMIZE IT?

 The majority of our products are customizable with your school's information, logo, and your special offer.  You can also add requests in the "additional info" section on the order form (ie. different wording, color changes, picture changes, etc) for no extra fee.

4.  WHAT IS THE QUALITY OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

 We use only the best, highest quality paper and printing techniques available.  Most of our products are heavy-duty, 14pt UV coated thick card stock.  Our products are made to impress!
