Q:  Can I use my own pictures?

A:  Yes!  You will be able to email over your pictures once we start creating your website.  We can use them anywhere you like!

 

Q:  Can you integrate my current CRM into my website?

A:  Yes!  If you have a CRM that you currently use (Rainmaker, Constant Contact, Mailchimp, Aweber, etc.) we can integrate that to your website for you.

 

Q:  Can I use my current domain name?

A:  Yes!  Once your site is ready to go live, you can provide us with your login details for your registrar and we can get it pointed to the new site for you.. Or we can give you the information you need to do it yourself.

 

Q:  Can I change the color scheme of the design I like?

A:  Yes!  Choose your favorite design based on the navigation.  We can adjust the color scheme to match your logo or just because.. no problem at all!   

 

Q:  On the Advanced and Pro packages it lists Social Media Profile Graphics.  What will I get?

A:  For our Advanced and Pro customers, we will create all the various social media profile graphics you need for the following sites: Facebook, Twitter, Google+.

 

Q:  What happens next after I purchase my website package?

A:  We will email you a link for you to visit and enter some basic information.  We will start creating your site with that information.  Once that is done, we will give you a link to preview your site and from there you can make any other customizations that you need!

 

Q:  Are there any additional setup fees or costs?

A:  No!  Your only cost is the amount of the plan you choose.  Your charge will recur monthly.

 

Q:  How long will it take for my site to be complete?

A:  While technically the first month is the setup period, most sites take around 2 weeks.  It all depends on the amount of customization that you will want done.  We want to make sure your site is perfect before it goes live!

 

Q:  I saw the Pro package includes Schema. What is that?

A:  Schema is a type of microdata that makes it easier for search engines to parse and interpret the information on your web pages more effectively so they can serve relevant results to users based on search queries.

 

Q:  What are Marketing Autoresponders?

A:  For our Advanced and Pro clients, we will provide the option to use Autoresponders.  This is a series of emails automatically sent to your leads when they sign up for your Class Trial Form.

 

Q:  The Advanced and Pro packages come with a Customized Favicon.  What is that?

A:  A favicon is the small image shown on browser tabs and bookmarks.

 

Q:  The Pro package comes with a product store. What does that mean?

A:  For our Pro clients, we will setup and activate a store for your site if you want one, as well as provide you details on how to add products and maintain your inventory.
